Lawyers Never Cease to Amaze

Former FBI agent Aaron Zebley testified to execute one of the suicide pilots in the September 11th disaster on the World Trade Center. Zacarias Moussaoui allowed FBI agents to go through cell phone, calling-card, and vehicle records to lead them to the rest of the hijackers involved in the event. With Zebley's testifying the courts can put the case to rest.

While this is just a tiny step towards justice, what strikes the naked ear/eye as odd is that Zebley was quoted in court saying; "I will testify, Zerkin, whether you want it or not," he said, referring to one of his lawyers, Gerald Zerkin.

Why would Zebley's lawyers not want him to testify in the execution of one of the most heinous crimes ever committed? Something suspicious going on, but it is a relief that there are FBI agents that have some integrity and know how to take it like men, and not cowards. Zebley probably won't be the FBI's employee of the month, but he certainly will have good Karma.
