It Seems That If Cases Clog Up The Court, They Just Drop Them, or Are They Making A Point?

Washington- After the 9/11 terrorist attacks in 2001, anthrax letters were sent out that killed 5, and the mystery was never solved. Yesterday, Steven Hatfill, Army scientist, had his lawsuit thrown out when he attempted to sue the New York Times about a 2002 article linking Hatfill to the killings.

I give the courts a round of applause. Finally, they told these money hungry fakers to take-a-hike. This could send a shock wave around the world, and maybe judges all over the country will find that it’s ridiculous to prosecute people for the 1st amendment.
