It Seems That If Cases Clog Up The Court, They Just Drop Them, or Are They Making A Point?

Yesterday, Steven Hatfill, Army scientist, had his lawsuit thrown out when he attempted to sue the New York Times about a 2002 article linking Hatfill to the killings.

I give the courts a round of applause. Finally, they told these money hungry fakers to take-a-hike. This could send a shock wave around the world, and maybe judges all over the country will find that it’s ridiculous to prosecute people for the 1st amendment.
